Appointments may be scheduled through our online forms, by phone, or via text. We require notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service based on availability, safety concerns, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, cancellation of future bookings, or legal action.

6. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and may offer to re-clean the area or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
